Reflection to IDEO video

The IDEO video gave viewers a look into the life of a design employee. The video expressed the way that the employees are surrounded by objects that inspire them, as well as allowing them selves to work as a team. This video showed me the importance of how much your surroundings directly effect your work. Also it taught me the importance of group discussions with proposal ideas. The more chance you have to feed off other people the more things you will be able to discover than if you were on your own.
